Esurebuy - Thieves

Purchased blue tooth headphones that were advertised as new. Not only were they not new, but they were damaged and one ear bud was missing. All I wanted was an exchange or refund. Apparently neither of those things are an option. The issue is still unresolved! Stay away from this company, total rip-off!

Esurebuy scam

I ordered a Bluetooth headset advertised as “new”. The product arrived in a zip lock bag with a small charger. No box, no instruction manual. Nothing. Also came in the wrong color. Nick Braun refused to answer emails after requesting a refund when returning the product. I contacted the better business bureau and he was forced to refund me in full. Hope this helps someone out :)

Esurebuy - Terrible customer service

I ordered a headset it stopped working after 4 days their website clearly says 14 days for refund or exchange they don't have a phone number so through email the guy Nick explain to me that you have to have it charged to work....wtf!!! Then told me to send it back to LG for replacement.
